Price: $7,500

Sahara’s Lucky Buck (AKA Lucky) is a 15hh growing to 15.1hh, 4 yr old, Buckskin Gelding. He is a registered Pleasure Saddle Horse and has a good pedigree.  I have known Lucky since he was just coming 2 years old as a local friend raised him back in the hills of Eastern Kentucky. Even as a young horse he was one that never resisted anything, was eager to please and always acted like he was an old horse. He has been camping almost every weekend during riding season and has been to multiple states including Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, and up into Indiana a couple times. Lucky has pretty much done it all and saw it all! Lucky is easy to catch, clip, bath, tack-up, load, and handle. Lucky is safe for an advanced beginner to ride. He will flatfoot walk but moves out easily. He has a natural runwalking gait with a great head nod and a nice Racking gait up to 10mph!!! He is as smooth as any gaited horse you will ride! He has had 3 months of professional gaiting, trail and bombproof training. He has been ridden around farm equipment, ATV’s, over large noisy tarps and has also had guns shot off of his back. Just like everything we say about our horses, we have the videos to prove it, make sure to take a look at those on our website. No matter where he goes or what he does, Lucky is not spooky acting. On the trails he is always great! Lucky has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey or other animals like cows or dogs and will go anywhere that he is asked too. He has been rode many miles in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed. He has been rode in traffic, and is very traffic safe around cars, semi, log, and dump trucks. He has a great personality and a great attitude about whatever he is asked to do. Are you feeling Lucky??? Feel free to call me with any questions.
